For years, Awesome Breastforms have been lovingly handcrafted by dedicated volunteers and always shared free of charge — a tradition we hold dear.

We kindly ask that these patterns not be used for profit.

Each design has been thoughtfully developed and refined with feedback from thousands of recipients, ensuring a soft, natural, and comfortable fit.
